Parts supplied are replacement parts for the described model.
Should the purchaser agree to engage a carrier to transport the goods, the carrier shall be deemed as an acting agent. Insurance is compulsory if a carrier is used.
Any claims to discrepancy of quality / item received must be done by email in standard written claim within 2 (two) working days from goods receipt date.
Goods collected by your driver must be checked before leaving the premises as the company will not hold itself liable for any shortages or damages in transit.

Goods correctly supplied and returned for credit (RFC) will be subject to 15% handling charge after 7 (seven) days and no RFC will be accepted after 30 (thirty) days of invoice.
Goods handed to our driver or sent back for returns is subject to our acceptance of returns as per our returns policy.
No electrical and used goods will be accepted for credit.
